目前的设计思路往往是带有半经验性质,因为有些问题是要经过实践摸索改进。实际运行时配油盘的运转还欠可靠,济南铸造机械研究所针对CY14-1型轴向柱塞泵的这种配油盘易烧损的故障,在CY14-1B型泵中设计了种新型配油机构。就是在柱塞腔换向时易烧损的辅助支承处引入压力油液,进行强制润滑,这样缸体的盲孔A当与B孔接通时,立即充满压力油液,进行润滑辅助支承,同时还起定的静压支承作用,减少了烧盘故障。 另外,人们又想到早期的配油机构,这循环是上升到静平压平衡的基础上,滚动体只承受很小部分载荷。。
